Where is accessible parking?
Accessible parking is available 24 hours a day and includes ADA designated spaces in all parking areas. Vehicles properly displaying a valid handicap permit may use these spaces. All shuttle buses are equipped with lift gear to accommodate wheelchairs and electric scooters.
When do parking shuttles run?
Parking shuttles operate 24/7 and loop between the parking lots and terminal every 15-18 minutes.
Is parking at the airport secure?
Our parking facilities are patrolled by airport police, well-lit, and monitored with CCTV surveillance for added security. However, as with any public parking lot, vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
How can I request a copy of a parking receipt?
If you need a copy of your parking receipt for your records or to turn in for work expenses, please fill out the online form.
How can I request a parking fee adjustment?
If you’ve lost or misplaced your ticket and later find it, you can submit a parking fee adjustment request through our online form.
How do I pay a parking citation?
To pay a Notice of Violation (parking citation/ticket) or submit an appeal, please visit our Customer Payments webpage and choose the second option.
What is the height restriction for the garage?
Our parking garage has the following clearance heights:
- Helix: 9 feet
- Garage level: 8 feet
- Short-term parking clearance: 7 feet
