COLUMBUS, OH – Ahead of the busy Thanksgiving travel period, the Columbus Regional Airport Authority is projecting nearly 200,000 scheduled departing airline seats between Wednesday, November 16 and Tuesday, November 29 for John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) and the Rickenbacker Passenger Terminal (LCK).

AAA, The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the Columbus Regional Airport Authority will hold a media availability to kick-off the busy Thanksgiving travel weekend.
With extra crowds on the roads and in the airports this holiday, local organizations are coming together to let travelers know what they can expect during their Thanksgiving travels.
