New nonstop to Greenville-Spartanburg with Breeze Airways

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Columbus Regional Airport Authority Passenger Airline Business Development Manager Betsy Taylor today recognized Breeze Airways’ announcement of new nonstop service from John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) to Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) beginning this May.

“We are grateful that Breeze Airways recognizes the growing demand for travel options in Columbus and continues to invest in our community with the addition of the new nonstop destination to the Blue Ridge Mountains,” said Taylor. “This announcement builds the strong momentum of our record-breaking year in which we served 9.36 million passengers.”

“Part of what makes Breeze so convenient for Guests is that we provide accessible destinations right from our Guests’ backyard,” said David Neeleman, founder and CEO of Breeze Airways. “The addition of Greensville to our current Columbus network is a great example of how we’re making it possible for our Guests to more conveniently and affordably travel to great places.”

The new service will operate twice weekly, on Mondays and Fridays, starting May 8. GSP will be the 10th route served by Breeze on the cusp of their five-year anniversary at CMH. The airline also operates service to Charleston, SC; Ft. Myers, FL; Hartford, CT; Jacksonville, FL; Norfolk, VA; Orange County/Santa Ana, CA; Portland, ME; Providence, RI; and Raleigh, NC. Flights are available for booking now at flybreeze.com.
