The hustle and bustle of the holiday season

Holiday travel guide - Making spirits bright

We all need some downtime once in a while. We have some suggestions that will help you chill like Frosty:

See our furever friends in action
Look for Paw Force One. Our friendly (and furry) volunteer team of certified therapy dogs will accept belly rubs to help you find your zen. They all wear blue bandanas for easy identifying. Pro tip: Follow our dogs on Instagram for an ongoing source of cute (check out the highlight to see their profiles)!

Do you hear what I hear?
Our Melodies in Motion program features local musicians – from guitarists to pianists, from classical to jazz. They help put a jingle in our terminal and keep us feeling festive! Check out a schedule of their performances ahead of time.

Do you see what I see?
CMH is home to many permanent and rotating art exhibits. You can learn about the history of John Glenn Columbus International Airport, take a selfie in front of the oversized Roy Lichtenstein sculpture, learn about Ohio aviators, and more.

Take a deep breath
Want a moment of peace and quiet? Need to pray, meditate, reflect? Our Interfaith Meditation Room is a quiet space, open to all, prayer rugs included.

Let us help
Contact us about 60 days before your trip for a Journey Care Kit. These help our customers who have hidden and visible disabilities prepare for their flight by, among other things, providing a special lanyard that discreetly lets airport staff know to give extra care and assistance.

Accessible parking, tactile braille, wheelchairs, special assistance, visual paging displays, and aira for visually-impaired visitors — we’re happy to provide these options for you. Learn more about how to ensure your travel needs are being met on our special assistance webpage.

For our littlest passengers
Our cozy and private nursing rooms can be found in each concourse and on baggage claim. Pro tip: All nursing rooms have outlets for pumps or charging up while baby nurses.

If you need to chat
You can contact us with any questions or concerns by emailing [email protected] (please note: the mailbox is monitored Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.)
