Local flavor at CMH: BrewDog

BrewDog's storefront at John Glenn International Airport. Several passengers sit at barstools at the bar, enjoying drinks before their flights. Bob Evans Express is seen in the background.

BrewDog just opened in Concourse B at CMH. In case you haven’t traveled lately to check it out, we tried it for you! Here’s a preview of their menu and some airport staff picks:

Buffalo chicken bites sit in a basket with blue cheese dip and celery. A large pretzel is beside it in another basket.

Buffalo chicken bites (boneless wings, buffalo sauce, blue cheese dip)

“I love a buffalo/blue cheese combo but I don’t love meat on a bone, so these were perfect. There were plenty for us to share and they came with celery.”

“I know most people like bone-in, but boneless is the way to go! The buffalo sauce had a nice kick.”

Giant soft pretzel (soft pretzel, beer cheese, honey mustard)

“I love a good pretzel! This definitely delivered. Plus, honey mustard is good with everything.”

“Giant is an understatement. Really soft, really good pretzel. I was surprised by the honey mustard sauce. That’s not something I’d usually consider accompanying a pretzel, but it was yummy!”

A large soft pretzel sits on a plate with two dipping sauces. Next to it, a burger with potato chips.

Cheese-steak (shaved roast beef, melted provolone, caramelized onion, soft roll, and seasoned kettle chips)

“This was my absolute favorite! It’s the cheesy goodness you want right before a vacation. The caramelized onions made the whole thing. It’s a must-get.”

“A really good sandwich! I’ll order this again (and again).”

Two burgers sit next to each other on the top of a bar. On the left, a cheeseburger with toppings. On the right, a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and potato chips.

Grilled chicken avocado (fire-braised chicken, jack cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, CMH sauce, brioche bun, with seasoned kettle chips)

“I’ve had this one a few times and each time it hits the spot. If you want a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon (who doesn’t?!) this is a good choice.”

“The chicken was cooked well, and the bun was toasted, which is always a plus. And it came with a tasty CMH sauce!”

Classic cheeseburger (all-beef patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, brioche bun, seasoned kettle chips)

“A classic (BIG) burger. Bonus: you can add just the right amount of your own condiment.”

“The burger was large and in charge. I didn’t even need the side… it was huge!”

A quesadilla sits on a plate with two types of dipping sauces. In the background is a well-lit board with menu items, and other plates that have been picked at.

Also on the menu: loaded nachos topped with beef chili, chili, Caesar salad (can add salmon or chicken for a small upcharge), chicken quesadilla, an Impossible burger (a vegetarian fave!), and of course beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options too.

Other local favorites featured at CMH include:

  • American Craft Tavern – the one and only location is at CMH (Concourse C) and features. Flatbreads, salads, and more – including a breakfast quesadilla.
  • Bob Evans – breakfast and lunch on the go.
  • Charleys Philly Steaks – headquartered in Columbus, the CMH location’s menu includes a variety of subs and loaded fries.
  • Donatos – hometown fave Donatos has two locations at CMH and even serves breakfast!
  • Eddie George’s Grille 27 – OSU legend opened this restaurant in Concourse B; employees recommend the sweet potato fries.
  • Hangar 815 – Taking its name from the H in CMH (Columbus Municipal Hangar) and the airport’s elevation above sea level, our favorite offering at this pre-security restaurant and bar is the patty melt.
  • Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams – With four vending machines throughout the airport, satisfying your ice cream craving could not be easier; staff pick: Brambleberry Crisp
  • Land-Grant Brewing Company – Eight craft beers on tap go great with their flatbreads.

See all we have to offer on our dining webpage.
