Over four hours, you’ll learn about how planes fly, aviation safety, and strategies to manage anxiety while also experiencing airport procedures firsthand.

Learn how aircraft fly and the layers of aviation security
Identify and manage anxiety associated with flying
Go through checkpoint security screening
Board a stationary aircraft (when available)
Participant information
Eligibility: Limited to 20 participants, ages 18+.
Requirements: Must present a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or passport.
Pre-class commitment: About 2 hours of independent online activities to complete before the class.
Workshop commitment: Attend the full 4-hour session.
