Airport Ambassadors
We count on our dynamic team of volunteers to help us achieve our mission to provide exceptional travel experiences for passengers. Ambassadors assist passengers with directions, information about the Columbus region, and other general airport help. And, when our airports host public events, our Ambassadors welcome VIPs and other guests.

Paw Force One
Traveling has never been cuter! As part of Paw Force One, our therapy dogs and their handlers roam the terminal, interacting with passengers along the way. Identified by their colorful Paw Force One vests, passengers are encouraged to pet and play with the dogs.
All of our therapy dogs have been certified through the Alliance of Therapy Dogs to volunteer in the airport and in other locations where stress or anxiety may occur.
