Joseph R. Nardone, CM
President & CEO
Joe oversees the strategic operation and management of CRAA’s three airports. Leading all aspects of the organization, he is specifically tasked with advancing air service development and creating partnerships to benefit the Columbus Region.
Casey Denny, AAE
Chief Operations Officer
The leadership Casey provides to many CRAA divisions ensures that airport facilities, public safety, and other assets perform efficiently. As a strategic leader, he oversees the maintenance and operation of CRAA’s facilities, grounds, pavements, and equipment.
Fabio Spino, MBA
Chief Financial Officer
Fabio leads our accounting and finance, real estate, and parking and ground transportation teams at CRAA. He plays a pivotal role in formulating and executing financial strategies, ensuring sound financial decision-making, and maintaining the financial health of the organization.
Shannon Fitzpatrick, SHRM-SCP
Chief People Officer
Managing the human resources department, Shannon is responsible for CRAA’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, talent acquisition, compensation, professional development, employee benefits, and labor relations. In addition, she champions programs that support talented and empowered employees.
Tom McCarthy, CM
Chief Planning & Engineering Officer
Tom leads CRAA’s planning and engineering team and the project portfolio office, providing strategic direction and oversight. Along with extensive experience in airport design/construction, operations, budget maintenance, and client/vendor relationships, he also coordinates with federal and local government agencies.
Charles Goodwin, AAE, MBOE
Director, Aviation Business Services
Charlie leads Rickenbacker’s cargo development and fixed-based operations, overseeing essential aviation services such as fueling and ground handling. With extensive experience in airport management, he fosters strong collaboration with Rickenbacker’s customers and stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
Kristen Easterday, AAE
Director of Communications & Public Affairs
Kristen drives CRAA’s strategic communications, customer experience, marketing, and government relations, shaping public trust and confidence while keeping passengers and community partners informed.
Richard Jones, CM
Director of Technology
Richard leads the technology services division of CRAA, driving innovation in technology, development, culture, service, and business. By utilizing new technologies, he and his team develop ideas that move our organization forward.
