Free Wireless & Power
At Port Columbus International Airport, you can connect to free wireless internet and thousands of free power outlets located throughout the terminal.
Free Passenger Wireless Internet Connectivity
Whether at your gate awaiting a flight or on the baggage claim level waiting for your ride, use your wireless-ready handheld devices to connect to the internet anywhere in the terminal. To access Port Columbus’ consumer-dedicated guest network with 150-megabyte per second Internet capacity, follow the simple directions below.
- Select the CMH wireless network and connect. (SSID/Service Set IDentifier is CMH) Our guest network supports the following wireless standards 802.11ac Wave 1(5GHz), 802.11n (2.4 and 5GHz), 802.11a (5GHz), 802.11g (2.4GHz). (NOTE: 802.11b clients are not supported)
- This is an open network connection so no wireless encryption is required. It is strongly recommended that you turn on any firewall software on your computer before connecting. Guest traffic between devices is blocked on our wireless guest network for your protection.
- Once connected, open a web browser and surf freely or launch your VPN (virtual private network) client to connect to work.
